Part-Time Quick Lane Customer Service Representative

North Country Ford has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Quick Lane Customer Service Representative.  In this role the you will work in the Quick Lane assisting customers with maintenance and recall transactions using a dealership management system.  Additional tasks include assisting with moving vehicles from the service drive to the parking lot, assisting with rental vehicle administration including renting out and checking in rental vehicles when necessary.  This role is a high energy role.  Candidates need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.  Candidates need to be proficient with computer.  Candidates need to enjoy working with people.    No automotive experience is necessary as Luther will train the right candidate.  If you have customer service experience in a customer facing role we want to talk to you.  This role works afternoons until 6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2pm to 6:30pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm.  This role offers up to 20 hours per week.  

$18.55/hour
