Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first voice our customers hear--answering calls and helping them get scheduled
- Build real relationships with customers (not just one-and-done conversations)
- Match customers with the right vehicles, services, and next steps
- Keep things organized by documenting customer info in our CRM
- Follow up and stay connected--because great service doesn't stop after one call
Qualifications
- You're a people person with strong communication skills (phone+written)
- Comfortable with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office
- You can juggle tasks, stay organized, and keep cool under pressure
- Self-motivated but also a team player who takes direction well
- Professional, reliable, and ready to bring a positive attitude every day
- Open to a flexible schedule, including evenings and available to work every other weekend
