Marketing & Advertising Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic and converting that traffic into new leads for the business. Additionally, you will manage our dealership's social media presence and oversee monthly Subaru Advertising Fund submissions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing strategy and help our business grow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative, engaging, and consistent weekly social media posts across platforms to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage monthly sponsorship and advertising submission to Subaru Advertising Fund, ensure compliance with all guidelines and deadlines.
- Regularly communicate with marketing representatives to align on creative needs, marketing materials, website changes and marketing strategy.
- Design, order, and maintain printed materials such as business cards and window labels.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Stay up-to-date on Subaru of America's advertising guidelines, ensuring all campaigns and communications are compliant with the brand's standards.
- Plan and execute successful sponsorship and community engagement events.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
- Some past experience in marketing preferred.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
