Rudy Luther Toyota is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our high-performing Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment while providing exceptional service to customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts.

As the first point of contact for many of our parts customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience while helping our team operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts sales and inquiries.
• Accurately identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogs.
• Support service technicians by supplying parts quickly and accurately.
• Process special orders, returns, warranties, and invoices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising and stocking.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with the Parts and Service Departments to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred.
• Toyota experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
