Parts Counterperson

What You'll Do
As a Parts Counterperson, you'll help keep our service department, technicians, wholesale partners, and retail customers moving by providing fast, accurate, and professional parts support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status
- Assist internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize manufacturer catalogs and electronic parts lookup systems
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide pricing and product information
- Review collision repair estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service to technicians, customers, and vendors
- Pull and fill parts orders from inventory
- Perform regular inventory and bin checks to maintain accuracy
- Notify management of inventory shortages and urgent stock needs
- Source out-of-stock parts from alternative suppliers when needed
- Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive parts experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a winning culture
