- Process Amazon orders accurately and coordinate picking, packing, shipping, tracking, and delivery follow-up with the parts and shipping teams.
- Maintain accurate online inventory quantities and pricing while helping control oversales, backorders, obsolete inventory, and listing errors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online customer questions, order issues, returns, and complaints in accordance with dealership policies and Amazon requirements.
- Research part numbers, applications, interchange information, supersessions, and availability to ensure customers receive the correct parts.
- Identify sales opportunities through competitive pricing, expanded product selection, promotions, and improved listing quality.
- Track sales, gross profit, fees, returns, advertising, and other key results; prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with parts, accounting, and management to reconcile transactions, address discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow Amazon marketplace policies, dealership procedures, manufacturer requirements, and applicable shipping guidelines.

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, marketplace listings, order management, returns, and seller performance standards is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of part numbers, catalog research, fitment, inventory control, pricing, and shipping practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, employees, vendors, and marketplace support teams.
