Are you an organized individual? Do you pay incredible attention to detail? Do you have prior experience working in an automotive dealership? Luther Automotive Group is currently looking for an experienced Title Admin to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the processing of titles and registrations for new and used vehicle transactions, including in-state and out-of-state deals.
- Processing all license plate issuing and transfers
- Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submitting title and registration work.
- Obtain missing titles, lien releases, and required documentation from lenders, customers, dealerships, and other parties.
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
- Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, Finance, and Inventory teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.
Qualifications

Previous experience in vehicle titling, including EVTR is a plus
